How to Delete Your Data
If you would like to delete all data associated with your Teke App account, you have the following options:
Option 1: Through the Dashboard
- Log in to your Teke App dashboard
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete My Account & Data"
- Confirm the deletion
This will immediately disconnect all social media accounts and schedule complete data deletion within 48 hours.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your account email address
- Your full name
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
Option 3: Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion Callback
When you remove Teke App from your Facebook or Instagram settings, we automatically receive a deletion callback and will:
- Delete all access tokens associated with your Facebook/Instagram account
- Remove all content and analytics data linked to your account
- Complete the deletion within 48 hours
What Data Is Deleted
Upon deletion, we remove:
- Your account information (name, email)
- All social media access tokens and credentials
- Generated content (images, videos) stored on our servers
- Content calendar and scheduling data
- Analytics and usage logs
- DM and engagement automation history
Note: Content already published to your social media accounts will remain on those platforms. You must delete that content directly through each platform.
Data Retention After Deletion
After processing your deletion request:
- All personal data is permanently deleted within 48 hours
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained for service improvement (this data cannot be used to identify you)
